FIREFLY TAXONOMY DIVERSITY AND BIOECOLOGY; ILLUMINATING THE WORLD OF FIREFLIES
The Department of Zoology, Kannur University in association with Christ college Irinjalakuda and Fireflies Asian Association is delighted to announce an International Seminar on “Firefly Taxonomy, Diversity and Bioecology – Illuminating the World of Fireflies”, to be held from 3rd to 5th February 2026 at Kannur University, Kerala, India.
This prestigious international event aims to bring together leading researchers, taxonomists, ecologists, conservation biologists, bioluminescence scientists, and wildlife experts from across the globe to deliberate on recent advances, emerging challenges, and future directions in firefly research.
