Accommodation will be via shared rooms and dormitory systems Accommodation options may vary and are subject to availability*

Rooms: Twin bedrooms are available for Academician/faculty/Scientists. Accommodation will be provided for 3 Nights [02/02/26 to 04/02/26] and vacate the rooms on 5 February 2026.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea will be provided on 3rd and 4th February, and breakfast and lunch will be provided on 5th February 2026.
